The room has an exterior closet and opens out onto it's own balcony. Comes with 3 easygoing and hilarious roommates (studying journalism, law and a grad student in psych). We're looking for a queer friendly, party friendly roomate who's not too tidy. The apt is in a great location just off Sherbrooke, by Parc Lafontaine (top of the village, edge of plateau!). The rest of the aparment is sweet too- huge kitchen, two balconies, cool tenants, lots of light, hardwood, homey etc - only 300/month!
