Last weekend: Scarytown Carytown
Last weekend we decided to do our trick-or-treat events at Carytown. It worked out well because lots of merchants were giving out candy until 6pm, and we were able to grab dinner afterwards before going home.
We didn't get out there until 5, and the crowds were very thin. This was perfect for me because I didn't want to worry about 8 tons of people or trying to deal with a stroller. I would do this again over going down Hanover Ave anytime. Gabriel enjoyed saying "trick o treat" to everyone and was still in bed by 7:30pm. This gave me enough time to give out candy to neighborhood kids and watch a movie before falling asleep. Yay!
