I fear I have become Obsessed
So I think this making my own beer thing is going to become dangerous.
Thankfully, after speaking of some of the beers I plan on brewing my wife is supporting me in this.
I think coming up in the next batches will be a chocolate cherry stout and a vanilla cream ale. I also have seen a recipe for Wasabi Beer that has been requested by Josh Summit. He insists I make that so we can all have sushi with wasabi beer.
I think I am finding far too many that I want to make with the resources I have available. After a couple batches I may have to make an expansion in my brewing capacity. I mean after all, it only takes adding one more container to my retinue...it's not really expensive....
BUT I NEED MORE BOTTLES!
I wonder if I can get them from neighborhood bars (hint hint geoffie)
In other news, the baby is leaving daddy land and entering mommyland. This is a semi sad event for me cause it was kind of nice to have her calling out dada all the time. Oh well, I guess it is her turn....
