Breaking radio silence

I've been studying hard for my Digital Marketing course lately, so not much time for drawing. However, I DO have a new toy - a Tesco Hudl 2 tablet with Android. It's nothing fancy, but I've never had a smartphone/tablet before and it's a good starter tablet (it cost £130 so it didn't break the bank). Anyway, this journal will probably now become about my adventures with apps (I love my Adobe Creative Suite but obviously that's no good when you're on the move).

I got Sketcher Pro for the princely sum of 79p and made these using the app and my rather rubbish stylus. Pretty good I reckon for a beginner.

If you don't recognise the second pic it shows a section of the Forth Rail Bridge, an Edinburgh (and engineering) icon. I've bought a few more apps now, so hopefully it's onwards and upwards.

My friend who works for an online electronics store told me they have a fancy brush-stylus! I think that's gonna be my reward for getting through the first digital marketing exam :)
