Don't need to say anything because you basically summarised my view of the episode far more eloquently than I could. So YES. :)

I corrected and retyped and totally re-did entire paragraphs like four times before posting it, so excuse me while I revel on the level of eloquence achieved. ::revels::

we're brain-twins, I just knew it! You're too cool not to be so XP

I KNOW, didn't he write "Home"? I think he did, anyway, he did write IMTOD and Devil's Trap too, I think. THOSE WERE GOOD EPS THAT I LOVED AND AWESOMED LIKE AWESOME THINGS THAT ARE AWESOME. What happened? He used to be such a good boy. ::le sigh::

At least we got Dean's back for a bit there, and the hand on her thigh was also muchly appreciated. And then there was Ruby being really cool and SEVERAL great Deanisms. I can forgive him for this one, actually, I just hoped for more. Yeah, that would have been nice, but then she had this gigantic Mary Sue tag attached to her and here I was thinking that her passiveness in the previous ep could be explained away or overshadowed even by whatever it was she did wrong. But nope.

Totally just dessert. In a twisted, evil way, of course.

He's the hero that would go to hell for an innocent person, and his punishment is to become their punisher. Even though, arguably, these souls were "bad people" while alive and that's what landed in hell in the first place, Dean had been there and so he knew what he was doing, what it was like. I don't think he'd see it as something anyone deserved.

I WANTED TO HUG HIM SO BAD!
