I was reading the tvtropes entries for A Song of Ice and Fire, when I came across this gem:
- Sliding Scale Of Idealism Versus Cynicism: So far on the cynical side it tips the scale over and smashes the idealistic side to pieces.
- And cuts off its manhood and feeds it to the goats.
