You, you spoiled me! (Okay, not really; I didn't click on your link before I finished reading the latest case. Plus, I already had a feeling Ran and Kazuha were going to sleep in the same room, anyway, since that happened the the Red Horse case. Unfortunately, I lacked the imagination to forsee Conan sleeping with them, for the fail?)

This prompt reminds me of a two-shot fic idea I had about Kogorou and Conan--since they're roommates and all--I've had for a few years now, but never got around to writing it. Oh, and an Eri fic regarding her first night apart from her husband, too. *is brick'd for failing to bring her fic ideas into fruition* I feel guilty now. (Don't worry, though, I still am working on your really belated birthday fic; it just turns out that Kogorou and Eri living together for a few days/a week--I haven't quite made up my mind yet--is a whole lot more complicated to write than I thought! *has flushed most of her original ideas down the drain* I sincerely doubt I'll finish it by the end of this year. *is shot ( ... )

Ha ha, if anything, I lacked the imagination to forsee Gosho going there. But wasn't Heiji's response priceless?

Both ideas you mentioned sound like win. No need to feel guilty, though! Sometimes that works against us. I didn't unpack several boxes of mostly manga books until my dad told me it didn't matter when I got around to it. Positive affirmation did the trick~ As eager as I am to read your Kogorou/Eri fic, by all means, take as much time as you need. Like Ran, I have every confidence that you'll work things out. ♥

Aww, thank you! I am touched! And it's so nice to see someone still using the word "glomp"--I thought nobody uses it anymore! *glomps back muchly* I missed you, too! Though, technically speaking, I've been around, reading your fics in the shadows (even the Shinichi/Ran ones-I love your prose so much that I have no second thoughts about reading a couple I don't even support anymore! I dare you to bring me back to the ship, muhahaha!). . . . Sorry for not making my presence felt more often (because time writing reviews takes away time from writing your Kogorou/Eri fic-I'll try to comment on those someday when I have more time)!

Yes, it definitely was! I didn't consider the possibilty of Heiji and Inspector Ootaki sleeping in Kogorou's room, though! The yaoi fangirls must be very pleased. *shudders* I just hope that Kogorou won't share his bed with anyone, though-the scenes he had with Inspector Nakamori in the last KID case was bad enough! I feel so bad for Eri; now she has to compete with men as well! Even so, I do hope we get more ( ... )

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding; you don't know how much that means to me. ♥ This is my biggest fic project in ages, so I want it to be perfect. What do you mean by "[l]ike Ran," though? You're not hoping for a reconciliation at the end of the fic, are you? Because I'm debating whether it would be character for them, not to mention, depending on how I end it, there may be a possibilty for a sequel?

That "[o]h ho ho" laugh makes me think of Akako for some reason! I already know that all members are allowed to post a prompt, but since you've been doing so on a regular basis (I really appreciate that, by the way; sorry I haven't been able to write for any of them, though. Perhaps in the future? I have some plunnies that can fit them!), I feel rather shy~ Besides, what I had in mind is similar to the challenges for Kaito, Hakuba (why does he have three challenges centered on him, anyway?! Granted, only one is for his birthday, but still) and Shinichi/Conan. Then again, I don't think anyone's going to take on the ( ... )
