GHP memories

so ive been at ghp for 6 weeks adn it was the most incredible time of my life. i made some amazing friends and learned so much about art adn ive completely changed. i feel so much more comfortable in my own skin and with other people. i have a diverse group of friends that are mostly asian adn they kick ass (david, jeanette, bienna, jessica, an, jack adn shirley and elaine adn kaitlin). my classes were amazing and the jameses adn david were in my major adn minor. GHP was so eventful. amazing concerts, awesome jazz adn choir and orchestra and band adn procussion was incredible. words will never explain the thrill i got from listening to them. and piano majors are so freaking talented. after every show i felt like i didnt put my hands into good use like the musicians did eventhough i was an art major. my art class was amazing. my only regret is that i wanted to get to know them on a more personal level, but the time i had with them i will always cherish. Thanks lacey for all the advice about going for color and sticking to my gut feelings and doing what i wanted to do. nikki u are an amazing artist and u were my inspiration in class. dominique, since the first day in painting i knew u had something no one else in the class had. i can stare at ur work for hours. my most memorable time was when we went to the loop after open studio the day it rained and thundered like crazy. it was alot of fun. and bienna, walking to class with you, leslie, erin and pamela was always the perfect start to the morning. jameses and david, your morning triets that made no sense put a smile on my face everyday. you guys are so amazing. i was so lucky to be surrounded by such talented people that were more dedicated to art than i was. yall made wana be a better artist everyday adn i want to thank yall for a wonderful 6 weeks.
