Class Action Lawsuit

I have been doing some research and I found out that a lot of the problems that I have been experiencing as an adult are due to the use of the Advair Diskus and Serevent Diskus that I took as a child for my asthma. I need a doctor's opinion but I am seriously thinking about pressing charges. Also, come to find out that there is already a class action lawsuit going on right now for both products. In clinical trials for the Serevent Diskus, there were 36 subjects and they had to quit the tests because people were DYING. As far as the Advair goes, there are message boards all over the net about people experiencing adverse effects, some long lasting. In my research, I found out that when used in children, Advair and Serevant powder inhalers can cause stunted growth. (among other things) How does an inhaler do that? They are steroidal inhalers. Now I have a case because of my short stature and because of underdevelopment in my breasts. You can't put a kid who is at the peak of development on steroids, for christ's sake...

I filed a claim with a lawyer who has been working on the Advair/Serevent class action lawsuit and I am waiting to hear back from the firm. Hopefully, they will take my claim seriously...

Here is some of the info that I found on both products...along with the long term side affects that I STILL experience to this day that I didn't have when I started the prescription:

Advair Diskus ( generic: salmeterol xinafoate / fluticasone propionate (inhalation powder))
Drug Class:SYMPATHOMIMETIC (ADRENERGIC) AGENTS / ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENTS

SEREVENT® DISKUS® (salmeterol xinafoate inhalation powder)
Drug Class: SYMPATHOMIMETIC (ADRENERGIC) AGENTS

Symptoms:depression
stunted growth
rapid/ pounding heart beat
nose/throat/ear problems
chronic bronchitis
trouble sleeping
weakened immune system
increased pain/cramps during menstration

They say not to use this product if you have certain conditions. I don't have these conditions, but the majority of them DO run in my family.

Family medical history:heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, low potassium levels, eye problems, depression, thyroid problems

"Caution is advised when using this drug in children. Though it is unlikely to occur with inhaled steroids (fluticasone), this medication may temporarily slow down a child's rate of growth, but it will probably not affect final adult height. Monitor your child's height periodically."

The quote says that it "will probably not affect final adult height" meaning that they don't know for sure. I did more research on the relevance of their clinical trials...and found out that they first experimented on adult rats. RATS. How can they determine how it would affect a HUMAN CHILD when at the time all they had tested on were rats?

Anyone got any advice on how I can move this along? Anyone know a good lawyer in the area? I really need some opinions on this because I have NO clue how to go about doing this. Contacting a lawyer is one thing, but actually having a relevant case is another....
