For some reason those colors for those words only work when you don't use rich text (at least for me).
I wouldn't put tooo much stuff on the sidebar or it might come really close to running into the main text. It won't actually touch it, but it might be close. If it is too close for you, find the only part in the overrides that says "width:394" and change the width to like 384 or something.
