If you're reading this, I'm assuming that you've had the pleasure of ending-up in this shithole just as suddenly and enjoyably as I have. In looking over the network, it seems to me that most of you guys are pretty content to just sit around complaining or making idle threats... So I've realized. I see you've been reunited with Matt. I highly doubt Kira's involvement - if he wanted to degrade us he'd want to be front and center to do so, or simply kill us himself.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kira ends up here in Toshima, however.
