so they family had it mothers day dance
and the mother did not have to act like a mother because she was
showered with bags and cathy insignias like "DB"
and then we partook in a family outing and
as the hot dogs and hamburgers were grilled in the brick oven my family with my
little cousin included ventured to watch mean girls as one unit
but when time was done and talk was over
i asked my mom "why is everyone telling grandma they will vist her and stuff?"
because i was confused and mother replied " grandma's having knee surgery"
and while i was genuinely worried and aware of grandma's knee problems i still reasoned outloud "why did you not bother to tell me such information" and employing quite motherly skills dr. taxman told me "Well... well... i did but you were to self-absorbed to listen"
and because it was mothers day i could not respond with spitefull lines of anger
like "why that makes perfect sense could you excuse me why i pay my respect to the reflection of my beautiful face on the water in your cup" but ill be sure to get her tommorrow becaus tommorrow is one of those rare 364 days in the
