i'm 19, man, it feels weird. i'm probably just gonna celebrate by napping and playing Path of Radiance, though.

side note - Path of Radiance is fucking hard, oh my god. the lack of Battle Save option is driving me nuts; i nearly finished an hour long battle yesterday and then Kieran got ganged up on, and - yeah.

That's true. I haven't had birthday celebrations in years, really, although friends did their best to make my birthday special up at school... so it is a little strange. Aaaaaahahahah. Not quite super old yet.

My friend did, for me, but... the pre-orders all got fucked up. A lot of them were sold, the game was released early... it was a mess.
I love the DB chapters, even if they are frustrating, eheheh. Although I just breezed through them this time around.

Oscar is the best in PoR, which is strange for me, because Titania's better in RD, even if she's a bit slower.
Um, for my PoR group, I got to the endgame wiiiith... Ike, Soren, Ranulf, Elincia, Oscar, Mia, Stefan, Tormod, Rolf, Ilyana... Rhys... and I think that's it. I started leveling up Mist too late, soooo. O<--< Failure.

I see... I tried to remember to do that, but I am so lazy, I only did it if I got a really bad levelup in a sticky situation. |8 I had to be careful with the Dawn Babies, though, because... yeah.
I love strategy, but I think I'm naturally more of a hack and slash (I wrote 'slack' the first time, wtf) person, soooooo, I have to ease myself into strategy and get my groove back. HAHAH. FE is the only strategy game series I have, though.

Thank you!! I shall. And... argh, I just can't handle PoR sometimes. I almost punched my TV (not that it would've done anything) in rage and frustration. Somehow, I think RD's just more precious to me. But I do see all its faults.

Yeah, I've noticed. )8 Tumblr is kinda... I dunno. It's hard to get into, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to talk to people. The only thing is, it's hard to get to know people seriously on there? Tumblr's so fast paced, it's insane. |8>

Oh bummer. Yeah, I had to settle for ordering online...zzzz. Amazon won't seem to ship FE:A abroad anyway.

The reason why Oscar and even Rolf could be better than Titania and Shinon was because the latter were prepromotes and you didn't really have enough time to use them, whereas in RD there was a third tier of promotion to grow into. I guess.
And oh wow. I would not have the patience for Ilyana. I think my game just had instead of your last four units, Mist, Zihark, Jill, and Haar, haha.

RD's so much easier because you can just abuse battle saves, haha. Oh, battle saves, how I am not fond of thee. Yet I cheat on emulators all the time for good level ups. I'm such a brat. And yeah, I've just played almost every FE game since 6 over like a decade, so...xD

I left livejournal for good anyway, so. Tumblr's a little too fast for me but I'll stick with it anyway, now that I'm done here.
