Arakawa Under the Bridge:
WTF WHY IS THIS SERIES SO AMAZING AND CUTE AND TOUCHING AND ... CRACK.
HOW. HOWWWW.
This writer is fucking amazing. I don't even know. All of these characters are just crazy as hell, and even the only sane man eventually becomes quirky (but that might be more the second season?), BUT JUST... I love all of them wtf.
I mean, sure, some of them get kind of annoying (P-Ko, I'm looking at you), but that happens with any series AND YOU LOVE IT ANYWAYS.
But like. Kou/Recruit and Nino. Omg. They're so beautiful and amazing and perfect and AHHHHHH I love it. ;w;
And there are these really deep moments either at the end of the episodes or the beginnings and just. Oh my god lovely.
The first season ended on this note:
Kou: "I fall into the water, deep into the muddy stream."
Nino: "I am thrown around within the small stream."
Kou: "The shed emotions..."
Nino: "The everyday life that was missing something..."
Kou: "The water grinds away the edges of the rock."
Nino: "A small piece of the river, like a piece of a puzzle."
Kou: "This lovely piece is..."
Nino: "This beautiful piece is..."
Togther: "Definitely for..."
Nino: "You..."
Kou: "And you..."
Together: "For us to be connected together."
AND I CRIED BECAUSE IT WAS LOVELY. OTL Seriously, even without the second season, that was a gorgeous enough ending for me. I'm really happy there's a second season but STILL.
KouNino yessss.
I can't pick a favorite character, either. xD I love everyone. (Even P-ko; she just irks me.)
And just. AHHHHH THIS SERIES NEEDS MORE LOVE. So amazing. <3 <3

Holy shit Takagi's voice is sexy as hell. I8;; Omg.
I SAID I WASN'T GOING TO READ THIS SERIES BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE WHO HE GETS MARRIED TO... BUT... I'M GOING TO GIVE IT A TRY.
MOSTLY BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE TAKAGI'S AND MORITAKA'S VOICES. -shallow-

I WILL JUST IGNORE THE FACT THAT TAKAGI GETS MARRIED.
