The building that houses Scarlet, one of my favorite gay bars in town, just suffered a major fire. Apparently the city's arson investigation team was at the scene. A few months ago, there was a fire at Roscoe's, another popular gay bar just a few doors down. Who knows if there's a connection or something fishy going on, but I am pissed off. If it is arson -- homophobic-rooted arson -- I feel violated and angry.
