[For the first few minutes, there is nothing. Some static, the sound of running water, nothing else. It's as if whoever is in possession of the device either doesn't realize its on, or more likely, doesn't realize he has it

...well...that depends on what city I'm in, because this is definitely not mine....

That's what I thought. They could be, too, but they call themselves 'deities'.

Uh, yeah, only Batman's not a god.

Not a traditional one, but he's Batman. He might as well be a god, he's that awesome.

Okay, yeah, Batman is pretty cool. But I think these gods are a lot more...kind of magical or something. They make things happen to people called curses. They made me think I lived in the 1920's and could play piano a couple weekends ago.

It wasn't, and nothing that bad has happened to me, yet. But I've heard of much worse things happening, and there was a curse only a bit ago that made best friends betray each other!

...Oh jeez. Wow, so we've basically been abducted by a group of deities who curse us for their amusement...hmm...
