GAH! How do I add things to memories? I can't figure it out...lol

Well, on Jay's page there is a little link under his websites that says "add to memories".
On my page, and some other style sheets, you can click the plus_heart sign icon to add it to your memories list.

I don't see any of those things...sigh...and when I try to look at memories (click on the heart of his user-info), it only shows me this:

: 1 entry
: 2 entries
: 1 entry
: 5 entries
: 1 entry
: 1 entry
: 1 entry
: 2 entries

And none of them are links or anything.
