My great grandmother died yesterday.
I guess I'm not that sad right now,
We weren't really that close.
She was definately a sweet woman, though,
and she was always thinking of me when she could still remember.
I still have many of the gifts she gave me when I was little.
Come to think of it, I think I'm pretty much the only grandchild she ever gave things to.
Anyway, I haven't seen her in years.
She eventually ended up in a nursing home,
calling my grandpa every now and then.
I suppose part of the reason I'm not that sad for her
is because she was going to be 90 next week.
She lived a full life and had many children.
From what I could see, she enjoyed what she did.
That's how it should be.
