QUELLE HORREUR! Work in Footscray is just that!
I jest.
It's actually quite exhilirating- an average of 10 patients a day while learning is highly stressful, compounded by the fact there's an 8AM start and a 5PM finish, I am left to completely comatose at the end of each day.
Friday came, and as thrilled as I was to finally have settled in at Footscray, I could not express it. Zombie. After work I made my way over to Glennie, where Peter and I wandered around the mall for ages. There was a pyjama party later in the evening, and I was still in work clothes. Grabbed a cheap robe and cotton dress before trundling over to said party. Um. Drunk zombies are very unattractive. Shindig was lovely though with lots of mischief and shenanigans.
I can't remember what I did on Saturday. I do recall spending ages on
DX with the boyfriend, and it was ca 1.30AM when we retired to our respective beds.
CRAZY IDEA but we were up 5.30AM Sunday preparing for a morning at Camberwell Market. Plain awesome. We were so early we got in without giving
Rotary a gold coin donation, yessss. We ripped a charity, yayy. Peter bought me pink, dusty purple, and red roses. Peter could not find a cabinet. After hours of trawling through junk, eating festy mushrooms, undercooked hash browns and chatting to a gorgeous friend of Pete's, we decided to head home.
PS Peter's so dreamy.
