Mind Fuck release date (yay!)
Here's some info from Casperian, which includes a definite release date - 29th October! - a chance to buy an advance copy, and instructions on reserving/pre-ordering books for the end of the month.

Mind Fuck/Casperian Books Promotion
Casperian Books has a small number of advance copies of Mind Fuck (fifteen to be exact), that are available now if ordered together with any one of their other titles (you can check them out at Casperian Books).
If you want to take advantage of this offer, follow these steps:
1. Comment on this post, claiming one of the advance copies. If your comment is one of the first fifteen, proceed to step 2.
2. PayPal the total cost of the books to casperianbooks@casperianbooks.com, and be sure to specify which other title (besides Mind Fuck) you'd like. Shipping via priority mail in the US is free, for international orders, add $5 for Canada or $7 for anywhere else in the world to the total cost of the books.
If you didn't snag one of the advance copies, don't worry, you can still reserve/pre-order a copy by sending an e-mail with your name and mailing address to casperianbooks@casperianbooks.com. As soon as books are available for shipping, the folks at Casperian Books will contact you to complete the sale.
