I wish I had the beautiful porcelain skin that can pull off hot pink hair. I saw a picture of a girl in the alt_models community that has hot pink hair and she's absolutely gorgeous.pandorasfox and her electric strawberry hair makes me mas jealous. Oh well. What can you do??
I took today off from working out because I didn't get to sleep until around 2:30am or so and I'm just kind of beat. Instead I watched "La Vie en Rose" this morning, finished reading "The Road" and started editing nightoleander 's chapter of the book she's writing. She sent me this chapter...oh...back in November/December so I guess it's about time I got after it.
Last night I decided to make a simple casserole. I stole the recipe from one of the friend's we stayed with in February and it was quite good. It's a casserole of chicken, mixed veggies, pasta, and cream of mushroom soup. Of course, I added cheese to it.
I was talking to O last night and he said he had steak for dinner. So today Lily and I went to the store and I bought some ribeyes, mushrooms, and sweet potato. So that's what's for dinner tonight.
After we went to the store, Lilz and I took a walk around the neighborhood. She's so interested in everything! She's constantly asking "what's that?" The way her little mind works is incredible.
Tomorrow I need to go shopping for cake stuff again. We are having an Oscar party on Sunday and I am in charge of making an "Up" themed cake. We'll see how this one goes. I was straightening the room I'm staying in today and I found my cake decorating class 1 booklet and all the decorating tips I got for xmas and I started feeling that itch again. I really want to take another class soon. If I can't take one soon then I really want this book or I can buy more of the Wilton student kits and learn from the booklets that come in those. Of course, if I do that I won't get the little class completion certificate and I kind of like having that bad boy.
I started working on a book review yesterday but my mind just won't focus lately. I think I get this way every time I lose the O-meister. It takes me time to get readjusted. I'll get past it I'm sure.
