United States...here I come
Well, this May term is winding down, and I am torn. Part of me really wants to get back home and the other part of me wants to stay down here in Ecudaor. It has been an amazing, eye opening experience. Today is the first down day we´ve had in a long while. We just got back from a week voyage through the Galapagos islands, I was breathless for about a week. The islands themselves are hideous chunks of rock, but a closer look gives an amazing landscape of wildlife. I don´t know that I would really call it wild life because they aren´t ´´wild´´. I am going to miss the sea lions coming right up to me and just playing, I don´t think that there is anywhere else in the world to experience that.
Okay, enough with the trip, if you want to hear about it come talk to me, I´ve already written a 200 page journal and don´t feel like typing it. I miss my friends but I´ve made amazing new friends on the trip, next year is going to be awesome! I head back to the States Wednesday morning, and am hopefully getting in in the afternoon, so...my cell phone will be working sometime Wednesday. I´ll be home for the weekend so if you want to catch me in Stevensville give me a ring, otherwise I will be in Holland starting Monday. Oh America...
