DVD-Audio heralds the next generation of music, promising to obsolete CDs in a mere manner of years. Consumers want DVD-Audio. They need it. It's far superior to CD audio. This could be the next big thing

Considering that I would be hard-pressed to tell the difference between good-quality MP3 and CD, I can't see DVD-Audio's potential for higher quality benefitting me at all. I prefer to receive my "ooh, gimme" moments for gaming peripherals, anyway. Want the Game Cube bongos.
Yeah, but I don't have either in the states. And it's not just from lack of finances or interest (PSP and bongos, respectively). Personally, I hold responsible the entire nation of Japan and all its citizens. I don't honestly think they can do anything about it, nor if they could do I think they would (Why give the best stuff to foreigners first?). It makes me feel better though, and justifies some of my rage against fellow humans.
$250? For a portable game system? ARGH!!! I am trying to console myself by wishing for more Final Fantasy games on Gameboy Advanced (4 and 5, please!) and by pre-purchasing Splinter Cell 3: Chaos Theory to get a $9 magazine with demo for free. It looks and plays beyootiful. Plus I get a free magazine for a game I was going to buy anyway at the price offered.
A free magazine! Ohhhohoh, Zoidberg, you are becoming a crafty consumer. I'll take eight!
