she pushes the door open and takes a look around, a slim red eyebrow lifting as she spots gino across the room. kallen wastes no time walking over to him and dropping down onto a stool beside him, and almost immediately, a glass of water is slid right in front of her. ]
...Huh. That's weird.

[ settling into his stool the moment she sits down, he watches the water slide down the counter and looks from it to the bartender, and then down at his own drink. shrugging one shoulder, he takes a sip. it's convenient, why question it. ]
That happened to me, too. I didn't say what I wanted, but he got it for me anyway. We must be thinking too loud, haha.

[ she says this as deadpan as possible, but she takes the glass of water without much ado and consumes a sip of it. ]

[ she looks away from him and towards the rest of the bar, checking out the bartender, the other customers, all the while sipping on a straw that had suddenly appeared in the glass upon her whims.

[ grinning over the rim of his glass (which at some point appears to have refilled itself with the same thing it was full of before), he takes a sip. whether he's exaggerating or not, it's really hard to say. ]

[ cooly brushing him off for now, she looks at the glass of ice water, and decides to try something.
narrowing her eyes, she locks her sight right on the glass and starts to think she'd prefer a nice cold coke instead of just the plain drink she has now. ]

[ quirks an eyebrow, watching her give that glass the staredown and wondering what it must've done to offend her. he's seen that glare so many times, it makes him laugh without realizing he's done it. ]
Not that I don't think you could do anything if you wanted, but you'll probably have a hard time setting water on fire that way.
