I'm very busy cooking... 3 dozen mini quiches down... another four to go. Catering breakfast for 20+ people is much harder than I expected.
I did discover a good trick involving a heavy based roasting tray underneath the muffin tins to help cook the bases without the need for blind baking (a nasty job with small quiches and puff pastry)
