Idiots at work today. True idiots.
Let's start with the lady who brough a clothed mannequin over to my register.
Granted, only half a mannequin, because he it had no legs. The reason? She wanted the pants and shirt and couldn't figure out how to get them off. So I was forced to undress the mannequin while she held it. And then it was discovered that the shirt and shorts were different sizes. She left the half-naked half-mannequin in my arms and walked off, saying she didn't want it then since we didn't have the size she needed.
I cried for him.
Then we had two morons enter the store. And promptly try to leave it again with a TELEVISION on each moron's shoulder. Without paying.
The cops had fun with that one. Props to D who was somehow able to spot and report this highly subtle theft. Seriously though, props to her for at least saying "HEY!" and thus detaining them long enough for security to close in on them. Apparently they were going for the 'look like you are supposed to be doing this and everyone will ignore you' routine.
