Busy busy busy..
I guess everyone must be really busy since none of my lj-'friends' are writing in their blogs. So..i guess I'm going to write.
I've been working on this Spanish movie review for the past hour or so..and it went surprisingly well. Actually, recently I've been surprising myself with skills I'd thought I'd lost. For example, yesterday I made "Potato Pie" (in Spanish..Tortilla de Papas) and it turned out reaally well! And I haven't made it in over 3 months. Actually, yesterday night was the best I've ever made it. Last night was fun..Cooking at David's House. He has a South Korean roommate and so she made two South Korean dishes (which were quite yummy!) I love eating food from different cultures..maybe I should think of becoming a food critic as my retirement job.
I was thinking the other day (in relation to different cultures) how Asian culture is a sitting-on-floor-cross legged culture, while Western is a chair sitting culture. I wonder which one is healthier...i have my bets on the cross legged ..
