It is no small feeling of joy and relief I felt at seeing her again, but at the same moment... such regret. She continues to seek the Maiden; still their existences are intimately linked. There is still a chance that Shion might come to this City, but... while Shion carries great inner strength and boundless will, the City might break her.
She feels too deeply.
Without Shion, KOS-MOS remains... in a way... incomplete.
The nature of their bond means there can be no replacement. Nevertheless, I will remain at her side. She will not be alone.
