*the Cold*
I've raised the indoor temperature from 55F to 64F by turning on the oven, and running around with the space heater within 3 feet of me at all times. Also, I've taken to tumbling my clothes in the dryer right before changing clothes, and my blankets before bed. That flannel comforter that I used to use in Colorado is coming in pretty handy this week; glad I didn't sell it off. I haven't showered yet today, though. That's probably TMI.
Anyway if you're a regular consumer of Florida orange juice, you might want to buy it now before the oranges freeze. They are predicting 35-40 degrees in MIAMI tonight, so orange growing country is due to be bish-slapped with a freeze. I wonder which Goddess is in charge of ground temperature. And yes, I'm aware. Lots of people out there have it much harder than me. Just lettin' ya know whatsup in my hood.

I ordered a "free" book from Joe Vitale, Mr Fire, through one of his offers recently. It was a book that was supposed to be free; I was only to pay $5 shipping. I should have known better, because this stupid webpage took me through 10 'sub-offers' trying to get me to be a part of his Hypnotic Gold club, which is a "forced continuity" offer, I believe. I was sure I had said "NO THANKS" to ALL the pages, but somehow, they've dinged my card for $29.
I'd watched the DVD, tossed the book aside; not too impressed with the integrity of this company - and the topic of the book/dvd? Basically, abundance. One of the tenets he teaches is magnetizing money to you through "giving stuff away" - i.e., his book. They just don't tell you there's a slick money gabbing hand coming along behind it. I will succeed in getting my money back. I will return the book and DVD if that's what they want. Think I'll unsubscribe from any Joe Vitale stuff in the future. Too bad, too, because I thought the DVD was sort of interesting.
