Of course .... 919 [Sept 19]
The phone rang at 0430 saying "You're confirmed for today's ICU shift". Of course I am. I just got to sleep at 12ish.
Buy - yay - work for today. With a good client, not one of the HMO schleppy places. I just have to get myself together and be early today. (before 7am)
The long distance energy session last night - for me - was craaazzeee good. Sometimes I combine it with my "MAP" meditation. I did this last night. When I laid down on the couch and got 'centered' and called on my guides, holy smokes, felt like my ears popped and we went taking off straight up. What a head rush! I didn't get back up till 75 minutes later and had the giggles for at least an hour. It's funny, lately when I am going through the 'releases' that Roger talks about [*see below] - which can be uncomfortable sometimes - my eyes have been itchy. It's just been my thing for the last month or so. They started feeling that way last night again, until the giggles overtook, and then - the releasing was still happening, it just didn't bother me anymore. Distraction = good.
This is another example of how energy medicine is challenging my nursing knowledge and background. I thought I had an eye health issue... and that my drops weren't working. But then I found I could meditate and release most of this eye irritation and redness. So it had to be something else... it has to do with the meridians of the body. But anyway. I asked the Universe yesterday for some assistance with cash flow and the phone rang almost immediately offering me work today. "My needs are always abundantly met." I didn't have human confirmation until 4:30 this morning, but I noticed. That Uni is listening :)
