more rambling about manifesting
Wow, I was gone like two hours and came back to some twenty five emails in my In box, between my LJ and the Manifesting Monday thread (and responses) in mystic_cafe. Maybe we should change the name to "Manifest Cafe"! You guys have incredibly wonderful energy! I like what Kelly, the new member did, going along and replying to (giving more energy to) each set of statements. That's got to help, doncha think??
I was just saying to jewelz_star that it just seems like the energy flow .. not sure how to articulate it .. is going incredibly fast .. you think about something ,, and boom it happens or you see three more things like it... or someone calls you... or you bump into them! I think if I were "less connected" or if I didn't feel absolutely safe, it might freak me out a little bit. It's making me very excited, though.
So..., something new for me that I have been doing. I call this my spiritual bonk on the head. Because what I started doing was actually asking for help. (Gasp!) I mean, duh, I was supposed to know that, right? I mean, every day, writing down or talking to the angels, whatever you wanna call it, "this is what I would like to see happen". I do it in my journal. And I took a tip from Louise Hay and I use the words 'easily', 'efficiently' and 'joyfully' alot. So at first it was little things like "I'd like to easily find my fiber capsules that I know are somewhere in this house!" and within 24 hours, I found them. I also did this with my lost treo cable. "I'd like to stick to my eating plan joyfully and easily today." "Assist me to have plenty of energy to exercise today" and somehow or another, what I used to drag myself through, is just .. more effortless and enjoyable.
I'm gonna ramp up though... ask for little bit more significant things. Like.... "I'd like to experience and then fully recall a dream about one of my past lives." "I'd like to manifest some beautiful and easily affordable decorations for my healing room". I guess I will have to report back on those, but a friend contacted me with a "room-warming gift" she is offering me, before I even thought to ask this! (She is one of those friends who is *so* on the same page as me, but I think she's a page or two ahead ~ lol)
Oh and don't forget to "report back" and thank them for assisting you with these items. "Thank you for helping me find my treo cord and my fiber capsules! You rawk!"
