Gnocchi!
The first trial run of making ricotta based gnocchi was a huge success! I am never going to buy the frozen stuff again. They were light and fluffy and absolutely delicious in the vodka sauce. Lidia must know here stuff afterall ;) It surprisingly did not take as long as I thought it would to make them, but it was rather messy, but oh so good!
