Severe separation from my senses like during sleep is the only time I get to relax otherwise my body and mind are either total clenched and I put on an illusion of calm or when I am alone I am totally sad and depressed.
Being me during all this cuffuffle means being overly concerned that everyone is pleased and taken care of (that's the Ruth in me) and letting myself feel frustrated angry concerned and sad when things don't work out well. My Ruthness is the reason for my Manicness. The opportunity to take things people say and try to help them, make it better, do something. Activity is always my best options. I am not a stand by and wait kind of person. I'm a doer, a planner, and I like to help. It irritates people and I get that. Frenzied doer at a manic pace.
I am ManicRuth.
