Friends from Birmingham will start arriving tonight so that we can party like rock stars all weekend! Amber should get here tonight and Robby and Emmy SAID that they would come too....anyone reading this in seattle or los angeles should just take it for granted that they are invited and get on the damn plane already. (HWMNBN wont be here jaime, coast is clear!)
I got the complete 1st season of Friends from Robert this morning. Perfectly girly to the extreme. im so excited. now i can vege out with margarita's and junk food for days at a time. I got him a "beer me" shirt, a boogie board so he can break his neck in style, and a new baseball cap. budweiser no less. my friend Nicole is baking a cake shaped like a long-neck. this weekend promises to rock my face off.

maybe it'll be enough to get me through my fucking ridiculous work day.
in sadder news i had to take my Oscar to the vet today...he's blocked and they have to catheterize him. yuck. fortunately he has a valium cocktail to see him through it. i wont be able to pick him up till monday, but at least i got him to the doc in time.
