It won't be too long, since science is something to be known and not crammed for temporary knowledge. (Though you are permitted to forget every ounce you learn once you graduate, but let us hope it stays!)
Physics: Chapters 2-4 and 10-14 will be covered. (Velocity, Acceleration, Gravity, Newton's Laws.)
Chemistry: Chapters 2-9 will be covered. (Periodic Table, Matter, Bonding, Mole.)
You are all responsible for the content in those chapters.
25% Multiple Choice
30% Fill in the Blank
45% Equating and Solving
SEE, not hard!
EXTRA CREDIT
If you believe you will be unhappy with your results, you may write an extra-credit essay, due before the test, explaining two laws learned and how they affect your life currently. This is good for up to 35% of additional points to your test. If you make a 100, you will be given 5 extra points and the rest can be added to future tests and grades.
THE CATCH: THIS MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE YOU TAKE THE EXAM.
Good luck, everyone!
Do you want to take Monday and Wednesday off to study for your exam?
Also, next week, classes aren't held, so should we take the week-long pause from the extra lab hours?
