Oh, how I love the random function on Hippie Johnny.
Play your love songs all night long for me.
This morning (i.e. 1-5 AM)... leading to this afternoon... was really... good? intense? confusing? fun? scary? ...yes.
So it's now snowing. The Cap'n is trying to find The Last Waltz, which I for some reason doubt we'll see tonight. So I've got Stop Making Sense on hand. Man... good snow music.
I am born again.
I like just doing the little snippets.
Read for my conference tomorrow, was actually interesting. I'm totally posting to avoid putting clothes away, so I think I'll try to start that and come abck to chime in with whatever. God, I feel really good right now, this is weird.
Ted called me earlier, wanted to find the diner where we had cheesecake - I gave him what I remembered as the address and the name, I don't know why that jsut struck me as amusing and wonderful. Right, putting away three weeks of clothes.
Fuck me swingin.
NOTE TO SELF: Never stay in bed until two when you have to be someplace in the city that closes at five.
I never thought it possible, but I own too many shoes.
The snow is really coming down, there's something really depressing about it when you know someone's out there (Watch out for the icy patch!> OR:
Hi, I'm Maureen the mink.
(Sappy pathetic little me, that was the girl I used to be. You left me on my knees...) Oh, wow. I was thinking about playing this... because of today's events... but it's too angry. More appropriate post-break up song. Not like... yeah. Kinda song.
Snow's slowing down. Dammit, where are you? It's falling smaller at least. I could do a walk in the snow right aboot now. That could be a welcome alternative.
Blah. I give up. I'm gonna eat Cheerios and read Paradiso. Like that'll help.
Children, don't grow up
Our bodies get bigger but our hearts get torn up.
We're just a million little gods causin rainstorms
Turning every good thing to rust.
I guess we'll just have adjust.
