You know, you obviously don't know how to fix the problem if you're calling me. I'm tech support. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, I know more about the fucking issue than you do....since I'm tech support and you called me and all you fucking jackass. So next time you want to call in and tell me I'm wrong and act like a snotty bitch, waisting 5-10 minutes of my time, only so I can prove you wrong and make you feel stupid, please just go hang yourself by your USB cable.
