Classes start on Monday.
I'm scared, but mostly excited. I'm eager to meet my professors and get to know better the other students in my section.
My roommates seem cool.
My housing has been a mild nightmare. And REALLY expensive. My parents VERY GENEROUSLY have offered to pay for it out of pocket, because my financial aide package won't cover most of it. I'm going to try to find better/cheaper accommodations for next semester, however. But my apartment is very nice.
Though, I don't have wireless access in my apartment. Which they didn't tell me would be the case beforehand (nor any of my roommates, for that matter). Must buy an ethernet cable before going back to campus tomorrow. Bastards...
Also, my financial aide and my bill won't talk to each other. Spent about 3 hours running around campus between orientation events trying to get that to happen. It hasn't. *sigh*
Oh, and orientation did not mean tours around campus. Yeah, we needed to just...orient ourselves. They didn't even give us maps. Fail...
I'm at home until tomorrow. Realized there were a lot of things I neglected to pack which I need. Hence the Internet.
Finished all my assignments due on Monday, which is a relief. Not sure how well I did on the case briefs for Torts, but we'll see.
I need to find a grocery store near school. Camden's doesn't really have supermarkets, so I have to do some hunting, methinks.
Um, that's about all I can think of to say about school so far...
I read the latest Fables volume today. A little disappointed, but it's mainly set-up for future issues. I hope the build-up is worth it.
Mildly addicted to iTunes classical streaming radio, especially the "All Baroque Musick (1.FM TM)" and "CINEMIX" (film scores) stations. Instrumental music helps me study.
Julie & Julia was delightful. Saw that last week with Kristina after spending small fortunes at the Gap and Old Navy.
Okay, bed. Good night, Moon (the sliver of you...)
