No Doubt @ PNC
A bunch of my friends and I went to the No Doubt show on Friday night. Despite getting pelted with rain and hail while on line to get into the show, it was a really great time. Most of us were in the back of the arena (originally on the lawn, but we did the $10 upgrade because we really didn't want to be wet and muddy), but my friend Jason and his sister Jessica were in the front row. Jason is the most maniacally crazy No Doubt fan in the world, and we have video proof! He made a sign saying he's been to 30 No Doubt shows and asked if he could introduce the band; Gwen Stefani saw it, pulled him on stage, and the rest is history!
Jason comes on around the 6 minute mark. Still having heart palpitations!
I'm also totally sold on Paramore, now. They were really, really good! Their guitarist does aerial acrobatics while playing and doesn't miss a beat!
Oh, and BTW - the law school application is done and submitted. Here's hoping...
