Pi Day
Happy Pi Day to everyone...even though it's technically the day after now.
Spent the day between Steve, whose 20th birthday it was, and work, which I needed to do. Went to coffee at Uptown in Howell, and when we got restless we wandered the outlet mall for a round. I only dragged Steve into a few stores. He refused to do shoes with me, as he has since France, though I've explained time and again that France was a special case. I had to find the perfect shoes to commemorate the trip. And the worst part is that I did, and yet I walked away from them. *sigh* I'll never forget them. Got McDonald's afterwards because I was hungry and we needed to fill some time. Would've been three minutes late for work (and indeed I was, by the employees' version of the schedule) but the scheduling manager messed up and the managers' bar graphs had me listed as being in at 7:30 that night. But the shift manager let me clock in at 6:03 anyway, since I was there. So I basically got an extra 27 minutes, after subtracting the break I had to have with clocking in at 6ish.
Unusually cheerful at work. Kind of creeps me out now that I think about it.
Aw, fuck. There I go messing life up again. Figures. That's why I was cheerful; I was about to screw myself over yet again. Joy.
