This recipe came from my Bon Appetit magazine.  It's so good, and I don't think there is any way you could screw it up.  So take the recipe as more of a guideline.  Would be wonderful with a nice piece of fish or chicken.  My comments are in parentheses, except for the italics.

Quinoa with Moroccan Winter Squash and Carrot Stew

I've never made anyyything with quinoa, but I want to! It sounds awesomme!
In your picture, it looks like sprouts?

those are the little tails that come out of the grain when you cook it. it's a whole grain, so i guess it has a right to look a little more freaky than others, and the fact that it's called "quinoa."
