healthy habits...

so today i realized (again) that if i practice yoga and meditation regularly, it completely alters my relationship to the world (in a great way)

now if only i could do this regularly.

my goal is to practice yoga twice a week and meditate for 20 minutes a day.

how many days do they say it takes to make or break a habit?
