i bought a house!!!! and i was only looking for 2 weeks. this seems too good to be true
found it on friday night (house hunting on a friday night, lol)
went there again for a second look the next morning
took a friend to the open house that afternoon (he said if i didn't buy it, he would)
put in an offer saturday night
accepted the offer
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
inspection is this coming saturday. i hope everything goes well!
i need a contractor to come in a change the bathroom and connect gas to the stove (NO electric stove, please, and thank you)
all i have is decorating on the mind! so much fun! i can't wait to have a house-warming bbq in may
EVERYONE i know is welcome to come :)
march will be a great month... england, andy c, my jeep getting bigger (my baby will be all grow'd up *tear*), my birthday (the entire month of march is celebration of ME fwafwafwafwa), and closing on the house
