Day 4 - What is your view on gay marriage?
I am psyched beyond believe that Judge Walker recently deemed Prop 8, which was against gay marriage in the state of California, unconstitutional. I believe that gay couples should be able to enjoy the same rights that heterosexual couples can enjoy, though I also appreciate the fact that state and religion are different, and because of that it makes sense to me that specific churches would decide for themselves whether their pastors/ministers/priests will perform wedding ceremonies of gay couples. Many of them, including my own, perform those ceremonies, while others don't. Though I am not personally uncomfortable with gay marriage, I feel okay if people just choose not to preside over gay weddings. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you're not being a total dick about gay marriage, it's just about being the same as choosing to not support the system that is marriage or monogamy or what have you. Gay marriage is going to become a nonissue over time, so as far as I'm concerned, meh. :|

More than okay, I think that it should be encouraged. What if you marry a total limp dick? All jokes aside, the majority of couples' problems have to do with a sexual/intimacy problem. Best get that figured out before marriage.
