I am watching far too much Shark Week, in all honesty. Tonight's special is the Shark Attack Survival Guide--which within the first three minutes already has a boat exploding gloriously, so I suppose that's awesome. I love shark week so much. When I was seven years old, I watched Jaws for the first time--I nearly peed my pants in terror, and for literally years I could not get out of my bed at night for fear that a great white would come up through my floorboards. That fear faded as I got older, but out of that, a new adoration for sharks grew.
Thus far, I have learned that you can use a water bottle as makeshift goggles, and the most important things to gather in a boatwreck are a flotation device, something to staunch a wound, and a weapon. JUST SO YOU KNOW.
This is very important guys. When I'm in South Africa, I'm planning on going shark cage diving with great whites (hopefully), so I need to be prepared in case of disaster. :D
