Once upon a time this summer, a fair maiden was walking home from Schnuck's when a handsome prince in a yellow SUV stopped her in the street. This maiden, being embarassingly unaware of her suitor's intentions, asked if he needed directions. The Prince, Lawrence, was looking not for directions but the maiden's phone number, which she declined to give him, citing numerous obligations and offering other flimsy excuses.
Later, in the maiden's castle, she thought, "I should have given that kid my phone number." Lamenting the day's events to her roommate he smiled, shook his head, and said, "Chickenshit." And it was true.
