A set of rowhomes, pretty simple. More info under cut.
4 apartment units, does not come zoned as an apartment so that you can fiddle around with it if you want. To use as an apartment building, zoning must be changed first. Second floor has small landing and one bedroom with connected bathroom.
Interior:
(I packaged this lot to remove all the unnecessary custom content so it won't look exactly like this. Partially furnished: kitchen and basic plumbing only. Exterior will look the same except for back fence which is a little different.)
Requires all eps but no sps.
