Totally random thought.
I kind of miss Guides, especially when we were juniors.
I feel that when we stepped up to be seniors, most of the fun got taken away :/
Cuz y'know, we don't participate in the stuff anymore. And even though we're the ones who organize the programmes, we don't actually carry out all since we take turns and stuff.
I miss those really tough activities and camps.
Activities where YAs like Noriko, Mingwei, (one more VJ YA omg I forgot her name) would come back when we were Sec 1s!
I used to be SO afraid of them! The fear they were able to command in us was woah~ Afraid, but I really respected them as well.
Activities where YAs like Amanda and Adeline would come back.
They were less fierce, probably because they've had us as juniors before. But we were still kinda afraid of them, but we respected them as well.
Memories of our very first camp often still float in my mind. It was the camp where I went home and slept for 21 hours ._.
I remember the firedrill was like hell. It was our first time, and we unluckily got the one where we had to change into our full uniform.
Still remember how lots of the really old seniors came back! Those that were like 20+ years old :/
Still remember how scared I was. How the sweat got into my eye and it hurt so much but I tried not to wince so I wouldnt get scolded for fidgetting.
Still remember how quiet it was, because everyone was really too scared and afraid to talk.
Still remember how noisy it was, when they made us do finger exercise. I remember each person had to count to 20 times, and there was quite alot of people so we did a few hundred. &We had to keep shouting because we were always not loud enough.
Still remember how Aslyn got scolded because her bangs were let down or something. Idk why but I remember this scene very clearly.
Still remember how bad my muscle aches were that one time while we ran down the stairs (sense of urgency), I kind of tumbled down LOL.
Those days were tough, but those days were fun.
