1) My left ear was accidentally pierced twice but one of the holes healed halfway through.
2) I am an office supply geek. I get excited to go to Staples. I would be genuinely happy to receive a gift certificate to Staples.
3) I have a strange reflex that has to do with eating. If I'm in the middle of eating something and somebody touches me I find it hard to swallow and sometimes lose my appetite. It can be as simple as a hand on my shoulder and I just can't eat anymore.
4) Nobody has ever read my journal that I keep in a notebook. I've kept it faithfully since 1999 and have never let anyone have access to the whole thing (six books worth.) Brandon has read three pages that I specifically handed him, but that's it.
5) I'm not queasy or squeamish at the sight of blood, or being injured, or getting a shot, but discussing the subjects of dental surgery and abortion procedures make me faint.
6) When I was little, my first pet was a cat. When she died, I was so heartbroken without her I balled up a blanket and kept it on the spot where she'd sleep on my bed, so it would feel like there was something resting near my feet.
