1 pound chicken wings, cut up
1 tb oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tb sugar
3/4 cup fresh basil, preferably Chinese or Thai
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, then add chicken and garlic and sauté until chicken is slightly browned.
2. Add rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Cover and simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/4-1/3 original volume and thick.
3. Stir in basil leaves and cook just until basil is wilted.
4. Serve with rice
